A very little one-off butterfly keepsake.
Silk front, hand-coloured using texta. Lightly embroidered.
I resisted adding a hanging loop to the butterflies, although one could easily be manufactured with a safety pin. I like the idea of it just resting on a bedside table, in a dish with rings and other trinkets, or floating among papers and phone cords in a drawer.
Please note that the texta is not fast and the colour will run and dissipate quickly with any contact with water/moisture. This makes it unsuitable for wear or outside display.
